Jewelry caring tips

Picture- Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place. Do not store jewelry in the bathroom.
- Keep your jewelry in an airtight container or zip lock  bag.
- Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent rubbing.
- Place a piece of chalk in your jewelry box. This helps absorb moisture, which will slow down the process of tarnishing.
- Or purchase 3M Tarni-Shields anti-tarnish strips and place them in your airtight jewelry container or zip-lock bag.
- Put jewelry on last, after usage of hairsprays, lotions, make-up, etc. Take jewelry off first when returning home. Mnimize contact with any chemicals.

►► CLEANING TIPS

► Sterling Silver Jewelry

To clean Sterling Silver rub with baking soda
with water paste, or toothpaste with water or jewelry cleaner. For Gold-fill use dishwash liquid with water or jewelry cleaner.

► Silver Plated Jewelry

Caring for Silver Plated jewelry is similar to Sterling Silver jewelry. To remove tarnish from Silver plated jewelry uses the same recommend cleaning techniques for cleaning Sterling Silver. The only major difference is reducing the amount of polish used as over exposure can inadvertently remove the silver plated.

► Brass Jewelry

Lemon + water is good for the clean Brass. You can delay the tarnish by proper storage and care. To avoiding exposure to the air, store it in a zip lock bag.
